I downloaded your client for the first time today and was rewarded with the following message:

./fltk-eclient: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Here is the contents of my elaunch.bug file:

eGenesis Updater: Version 20060506 on Linux/i386, Compiled at 21:19:10 on May 15 2006

You're missing one package you should be able to install directly from the package manager. What is your distribution ? If you're running Ubuntu, the solution is here :) http://www.atitd.net/forum/showthread.php?t=8788
