Selected, Minimized Chat Tab

Since the client began remembering changed status for each chat tab across logins, the currently selected chat tab no longer goes yellow if chats are minimized when somebody speaks. It used to change even though it was selected - after all, you can't see the text window any more to tell something happened there!

I've relied on that, and hate to think people are getting the impression that I'm ignoring them! :eek:
