HI
If i understand well : you have downloaded the atitd-linux.run ?
you have to open a console
then
>chmod a+x thefileyourhavedownload.run
>./thefileyourhavedownload.run
it should create a eClient directory
then you go there
and launch with
./elaunch
Hope this help
edit : ready to serve priest of the moon :p

Is there a certain directory this should be done in? I created a directory called eGenesis under my home directory, and executed the file there. However, when I run elaunch and it starts patching it creates new files right in my home directory (instead of in eGenesis). Is it supposed to always patch in the home directory?

I think this game will put the patch files in whatever directory it's run in. If you're not already, try cd'ing to the directory from a command prompt, and running it there.

mmmm
you are talking of windows executables ??
There is a thing* called Wine , that execute windows applications
for games that need directx, you can use cedega (ex winex) www.transgaming.com
(must pay a small fee)
* i say "thing" cause i cant say emulator :))
Wine = wine is not an emulator
once you got wine or cedega installed, you launch like this
wine notepad.exe
or
cedega warcraft3.exe
