Hi, I'm running SLackware 10 and when I launch the client everything is ok till is time for me to actually play, it says "Patching 84 files" but it never finishes doing it, I left the client on for like 2 hours to see if it would work but it didn't, this is not a connection problem because I am at work right now and is happening here as well as my house, this problem happens on both servers, beta and regular, if anyone has any suggestion it would be appreciated. Thanks, I will post a screenshot of the error/malfunction, I would like to know if anybody else has the same problem...

The initial updates are a PITA... Suggested is to sit at the login screen until it stops downloading... However, Teppy has finally been convinced to allow a full download...
He for some reason thought that people wouldnt download the full install since it is a little over 230MB... I pointed out that on Fileplanet, a lot of PATCHES are 400MB or larger...
So... long story made short, a FULL distro is being made now... you are welcome to download that instead, it will have all the current resources for Tale1 and Tale2.

230 MB is nothing compare to other games!!!!.. I downloaded a full version of Americas Army and it was a little over 600MB!!!... Thanks for making the Linux Client, I hope it comes out soon....
